My reader Casey is right. That plant is not a dill. I thought so too and asked YK who's really good at remembering names. It's Artemisia! Like many people, I used to think it's dill until the farm manager at World Farm corrected me.
I've had years of experience planting Artemisia. We bought several plants years ago and planted them in my front yard at the farm. When it got too infested with white mites, I dug them out and tossed them in a far corner of our farm. I didn't even bother to plant them into the ground. Surprisingly, they started to grow and grow despite the neglect. Look at how lush and bushy they are now! They are as tall as my friend.
