I know it's impossible to grow enough for eating in my little backyard but that didn't stop me from trying. I managed to get hold of some rice grains and promptly sowed some in a container at home. The seeds germinated within days and now I have a tiny pot of rice growing at home. It's a dream come true.

ReplyDeleteWow, I've never known that rice can be planted in container! Btw, are you using rain water or tap water for all your veggies and fruit?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I am using tap water as I haven't found a way to collect enough rain water in my balcony. I have too many plants to water! I love the rainy season in Nov and Dec. I did not have to water at all!
